Will it work during load-shedding?+

Terra draws about half the power of the ACs it replaces — its peak fits a ~3 kVA generator, the mechanical room's solar roof carries the daytime, and the optional night battery covers the rest.

How much space does drilling need?+

One car-parking space of access. 2–4 days, then we restore the surface. The buried loop lasts 50+ years.

How do I pay?+

One-time payment, or installments over 48 months for eligible customers — eligibility is confirmed with a full financial background check at your consultation. After install, a flat Rs 2,500/month covers lifetime maintenance: service, parts and care.

Does it heat in winter?+

Yes — the same machine reverses. 40 feet down the earth stays warm in January.
